Φασολάκια λαδερά
Υλικά:
150γρ κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
100 γρ. ελαιόλαδο
1 σκ. Σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένη
20γρ. ζάχαρη
300 γρ. Πατάτες κομμένη σε κύβους
300γρ κολοκυθάκια κομμένα σε φέτες
20γρ πελτέ ντομάτας
50 γρ. κρασί λευκό
ξύσμα από 1 λεμόνι
400 γρ. ντομάτα κονκασέ ή φρέσκια ντομάτα κομμένη καρέ
300 γρ. νερό
1 κιλό φασολάκια φρέσκα ή κτψ
10γρ δυόσμο ψιλοκομμένο
100γρ φρέσκα κρεμμύδια
20γρ μαϊντανό ψιλοκομμένο
αλάτι
πιπέρι
Εκτέλεση :
Σε μια κατσαρόλα προσθέτουμε το λάδι και σοτάρουμε το κρεμμύδι και το σκόρδο.
Προσθέτουμε τα φασολάκια και ανακατεύοντας προσθέτουμε και ένα προς ένα όλα τα υλικά μας.
Αφού έχουμε προσθέσει όλα μας τα υλικά και ανακατεύοντάς τα έχουν αναμιχθεί, προσθέτουμε νεράκι τόσο, όσο να καλυφθεί το φαγητό μας και αφήνουμε σε μέτρια φωτιά να μαγειρευτεί.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του μαγειρέματος, ανά διαστήματα ανακατεύουμε και το ελέγχουμε.
Θα είναι έτοιμο όταν έχει πιει σχεδόν το ζουμάκι του. Θα έχει μείνει η μισή απ την αρχική ποσότητα ζωμού. Μπορούμε αν θέλουμε να το συνοδεύσουμε με φέτα .
