Το Καϊνάρι Της Λέσβου
Το όνομά του προέρχεται από την τούρκικη λέξη kaynar που σημαίνει βραστό, ζεματιστό και είναι ένα ζεστό ρόφημα που συνηθίζεται στην Αγιάσο της Λέσβου αλλά και στα Άδανα και τη Νότια Τουρκία γενικότερα.
Βράζεις νερό και διαλύεις στη στιγμή μέσα του 1 κουταλάκι από το έτοιμο μείγμα για καϊνάρι.
Αμέσως, βυθίζεσαι σε μια κατανυκτική, εξωτική, έντονη ευωδιά από κανέλα, μπαχάρι, τζίντζερ, galangal, τσάι του βουνού, φασκόμηλο, γαρύφαλο και φλούδες πορτοκαλιού. Χωνευτικό μετά από ένα γεύμα, πίνεται όλες τις ώρες και σου δίνει τα ευεργετικά συστατικά των βοτάνων και των μπαχαρικών.
Εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ και για να αρωματίσω τα γλυκά μου: ζύμες, κέικ, λευκές κρέμες.
