Κεμπάπ με Πετιμέζι και δυο Κιμάδες

Υλικά

800 γρ. πρόβειο κιμά

200 γρ. κιμάς μοσχαρίσιος

1 μεγάλο κρεμμύδι τριμμένο στον τρίφτη

2 κ.σ. πετιμέζι

2 κ.σ. μηλόξιδο

1 κ.γ. γλυκιά πάπρικα ή σουμάκ

1/2 κ.γ. κύμινο

1 κ.γ. κόλιανδρο σπασμένο

ρίγανη

Αλάτι και μαύρο πιπέρι

1/2 κούπα ελαιόλαδοΒήματα

ΒΗΜΑΤΑ

Ζυμώνουμε καλά τους κιμάδες με τα μπαχαρικά και αφήνουμε το μείγμα στο ψυγείο μια με τρεις ώρες τουλάχιστον.

Ψήνουμε ιδανικά στα κάρβουνα ή στο γκριλ του φούρνου ή σε ένα σχαροτήγανο.

Απολαύστε τα με τζατζίκι, πίτες και ότι άλλο σας κάνει όρεξη.
