Columba Olivia – Ένα ελαιόλαδο με αέρα πολυτέλειας από τη Λακωνία

Το Columba Olivia είναι ένα νέο ελαιόλαδο που έρχεται να προστεθεί στη φαρέτρα των τοπικών, παραδοσιακών, ελληνικών προϊόντων που στοχεύουν να κατακτήσουν και το καταναλωτικό κοινό του εξωτερικού.

Το εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο Columba Olivia – με σήμα ένα περιστέρι που κρατά ένα κλαδί ελιάς .

Columba Livia είναι η επιστημονική ονομασία του περιστεριού. Από ένα παιχνίδισμα, μία έξυπνη παράφραση, προκύπτει, λοιπόν, το όνομα του προϊόντος: Columba Olivia.

Παράγεται, στη Λακωνία, από μικρούς ελαιοπαραγωγούς. Είναι ένα προϊόν της ποικιλίας “Αθηνολιά” ή “Ματσολιά”. Η εταιρεία “Columba Olivia” επέλεξε αυτή την ποικιλία, ως πιο σπάνια και ιδιαίτερη.

Όλα τα βήματα της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και της διαδικασίας τυποποίησης ακολουθούν τα διεθνή πρότυπα διαχείρισης τροφίμων EN ISO 22000:2005 και HACCP.
