Τσίπουρο Τσιλιλή

Το Τσίπουρο Τσιλιλή είναι το πρώτο που εμφιαλώθηκε στη Θεσσαλία, η οποία αποτελεί την πατρίδα του τσίπουρου με μακρά ιστορική παράδοση και την περιοχή με τη μεγαλύτερη παραγωγή τσίπουρου στη χώρα.

Το τσίπουρο με γεωγραφική ένδειξη «Θεσσαλία» αποτελεί ένα αναγνωρισμένο προϊόν από την Ε.Ε με ιδιαίτερα οργανοληπτικά χαρακτηριστικά.

Το Τσίπουρο Θεσσαλίας Τσιλιλή παράγεται από σταφύλια αρωματικών ποιοτικών ποικιλιών, που καλλιεργούνται σε επιλεγμένα αμπελοτεμάχια της Θεσσαλικής γης κάτω από ελεγχόμενες συνθήκες με σεβασμό στον άνθρωπο και το περιβάλλον.

Μετά την αλκοολική ζύμωση, τα στέμφυλα αποστάζονται σε μικρούς, ασυνεχείς, χάλκινους-ανοξείδωτους αποστακτήρες με χρήση ατμού, μέσα από μία υπομονετική και ενδελεχή διαδικασία. Mόνο η «καρδιά» συλλέγεται, το μέρος του αποστάγματος που έχει τα πιο καθαρά, φινετσάτα αρώματα, βελούδινη γεύση και που είναι απαλλαγμένο από βλαβερές ουσίες, για να αποτελέσει το Τσίπουρο Τσιλιλή.

Το Τσίπουρο Τσιλιλή παίρνει δύο μορφές: μία Χωρίς Γλυκάνισο όπου κυριαρχούν τα ποικιλιακά αρώματα του σταφυλιού και μία Με Γλυκάνισο όπου τα πικάντικα αρώματα των ελληνικών βοτάνων προσδίδουν ένα παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα.
