“Κασπακ'νές Λιχουδιές”
Το εργαστήριο παρασκευής παραδοσιακών ζυμαρικών & βουτημάτων της Μυρσίνης Χρυσοκέφαλου-Χορού γεννήθηκε μέσα από το μεράκι.
Οι παραδοσιακές συνταγές της Λήμνου ήταν η αφορμή για τη δημιουργία του, έτσι πήρε και την ονομασία "Κασπακνές λιχουδιές", που κατά την ντοπιολαλιά θα πει λιχουδιές από τον Κάσπακα.
Οι λιχουδιές αυτές περιλαμβάνουν παραδοσιακά γλυκά, ζυμαρικά, βουτήματα, πίτες και τυροπιτάκια, χωρίς συντηρητικά, φτιαγμένα από αγνά υλικά όπως το αλεύρι από σκληρό σιτάρι, γάλα αιγοπρόβειο και αυγά χωριάτικα που παράγονται στη Λήμνο, στα οικογενειακά κτήματα.
Η Λήμνος είναι γνωστή από τα αρχαία χρόνια για την ποιότητα των σιτηρών, των κρασιών, των γαλακτομικών της και γενικότερα των αγροτικών προϊόντων που παράγει.
