Χαλβάς Δραπετσώνας , Κοσμίδη - Γαβρίλη
Το εργαστήριο άνοιξε το 1924 ο Κώστας Μεζαρντάσογλου, Μικρασιάτης, που εγκαταστάθηκε στη Δραπετσώνα μετά την Καταστροφή. Ο Μεζαρντάσογλου εργαζόταν σε χαλβαδοποιείο της Μικράς Ασίας και άνοιξε το εργαστήριο του σε μια ξύλινη παράγκα απ' αυτές που κυριαρχούσαν στην περιοχή την εποχή εκείνη.
Στη συνέχεια το μαγαζί ανέλαβε ο γιος του Γιώργος Μεζαρντάσογλου τροποποιώντας το όνομα σε Μεζαρντάς.
Το 1984 συνεργάστηκε με τον Ευμόρφιο Κοσμίδη. Όταν ο Γιώργος Μεζαρντάς αποσύρθηκε λόγω σύνταξης, το 1986, τη θέση του πήρε ο Νικόλαος Γαβρίλης, με καταγωγή επίσης μικρασιάτικη και με σπουδές ναυπηγικής, που «ναυάγησαν» καθώς «αναδύθηκε» το μεράκι του για τον χαλβά.
Από το 2002 όταν συνταξιοδοτήθηκε ο Ευμόρφιος Κοσμίδης, ο Νικόλαος Γαβρίλης διατηρεί μέχρι σήμερα με τους συνεργάτες του τη μοναδική χαλβαδοποιία που έχει απομείνει από τις πολλές που υπήρχαν άλλοτε στον Πειραιά.
