Σκόρδα Πτελέας

Η οικογένεια του Νεόφυτου Αγγελίδη από την Πτελέα Κοζάνης (γνωστή και ως Σκορδοχώρι για την μεγάλη και εξαιρετικής ποιότητας παραγωγή του τόπου σε σκόρδο), δραστηριοποιείται στην καλλιέργεια του σκόρδου 60 χρόνια τώρα.

Εκτός από σκόρδα σε δυχτάκι ή σε πλεξίδα, η μεγάλη εμπειρία της οικογένειας και η εξαιρετική πρώτη ύλη την οδήγησαν στην επινόηση μιας καταπληκτικής συνταγής για τη δημιουργία του προϊόντος «Πάστα Σκόρδου με ελαιόλαδο».

Πρόκειται για ένα αγνό προϊόν που μπορεί να αντικαταστήσει τη χρήση του σκόρδου στο φαγητό, είναι θαυμάσιο σαν άλειμμα επάνω σε φρυγανισμένο ψωμί ή σαν dressing για όλες τις σαλάτες.
