ΞΕΡΑ ΣΥΚΑ ΚΥΜΗΣ
Η οικογένεια Λάμπρου δημιούργησε το Kumilio Ι.Κ.Ε. το 2015.
Σκοπός τους είναι η ανάδειξη του σύκου της Κύμης, φρέσκου και αποξηραμένου. Eνός καρπού με έντονη παρουσία στην ιστορία της μεσογειακής διατροφής, που συνδυάζει τη γλυκειά γεύση με τη σπάνια διατροφική αξία.
Η οικογένεια διαχειρίζεται περίπου 300 συκιές στο Κάδδι της Κύμης, όπου και διατηρεί μια μικρή μονάδα διαλογής και επεξεργασίας.
